Portia Tsotesi was born in Durban South Africa, grew up in Los Angeles and now resides in Miami. Her career in physical therapy is very fulfilling to her but she’s equally as passionate for music, travel and adventure. She took to DJing during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and has fallen in love with music from a different perspective. She loves mixing different styles of house music ranging from soulful to Afro, dance, deep, and some disco. “I love so many genres of music. I am a child of the world and music touches everyone across the globe...no matter what age, gender, or ethnicity.

Underground Revival (URNYC Music) is a boundary-pushing DJ and production collective built on the legacy of New York’s underground dance music culture. Founded by DJ Josh Thomas and DJ Kwab, this dynamic duo draws on deep musical lineages—Josh from his Caribbean roots and early exposure to foundational club scenes, and Kwab through decades of studying African dance, jazz, soca, and global rhythms.

Without pretensions and with immense dedication, the dynamic production team that is Natacha and Ousmane Bary aka Uzi or Uzibee of Soulmeka Productions, have brought its Montreal and international family many memorable, notorious good times and vibes through long-lived club parties since 1996, like the first weekly events solely dedicated to Soulful House in Montreal "Classic Tuesday's,Body Music and Betta Daze" at Jai Bar and Soulmeka, Dizzy and Soultek at Salon Daome; forever motivated to entertain, educate, and establish a welcoming vibe, where joyous like minded persons can come together, and enjoy one another to the beat of a universal drum. Never taking for granted that the house music scene is in a sense is an extended family, your host Ousmane Bary aka DJ Uzi, will relentlessly expand your musical horizons every week by presenting the best in deep, underground house music: past, present, and future through his weekly Internet radio show. Uzi also held Montreal residencies at Jai Bar, Salon Daome, Stereo Bar, The Academy, Koda, Circus Afterhours, Aria Afterhours, Le consulat, Club Alizé and La Panthere Noire.
